Nitesite Eye Relief Adjuster

A well designed and rigid solution for mounting the camera to your rifle scope, however, I had to shorten two screws. The screw mounting the scope clamp to the rail needed shortening by 5mm, whilst the camera clamp screw was shortened by 3mm. The scope clamp mounting screw would have damaged the scope, the camera clamp wouldn't tighten on to the camera with the supplied screw length. This item is such a good mounting option allowing adjustment of eye relief and providing very firm location that it should be the default unit that is supplied with the kit rather than the two plastic sleeves. A bit more expensive maybe but a properly engineered stable mounting that won't shift in the field.

I’ve been using the nite Site Eagle since it was released, started with original then upgraded to the RTEK.My ongoing frustration was getting the perfect eye relief / picture, I’d set unit up perfect but when out in the field I’d knock the rubber tube whilst carrying rifle with sling, having to adjust before taking shot.When zooming on scope also I found view to be blocked too, requiring further adjustments.Anyway ordered this a bit reluctant, but used yesterday and it’s perfect. I was very surprised with the build quality, thought it was plastic on the YouTube video, but it’s aluminium, light but very solid.The picture on unit is now perfect, even when zoomed on full magnification.You might get on with the rubber sleeve, but if you’re reading this and it does your head like me, you won’t regret buying this item.EDIT - if your scope is mounted low the bracket could potentially stop Rifle bolt operating, which I discovered when using on another rifle last night. I’d recommend checking clearing from scope to bolt before purchasing, I’ve got reall Low mount ps though.

The large rubber mount barely fitted my Mtc optics viper pro 10x44i scope so i thought I'd try this,ishould think it will fit any scope,and what a fantastic job it Does,excellent bit of kit adjust once,job done,its that good i purchased a 2nd one for my other rifle,no more adjusting its solid and you get perfect eye relief .Very very well made,worth every penny._._.

A little underwhelmed by the complete lack of adjustment for different scope diameters and the pack of sticky pieces of rubber to bodge in the gap. I’ll be machining up some half moon spacers out of Delrin, but I shouldn’t need to. And an IKEA tool for adjustment? Cmon guys my NiteSite Wolf is a great product but start building stuff like proper gun equipment. The market is there - seize the day!
