The headset works really well and is good quality. ### ⭐ Wasted 6 hours and failed to get it to work on my Windows 11 box *by B***N on February 24, 2026* This Plantronics Blackwire 3215 headset was introduced in 2017 and it may date back further than that. I bought a similar Plantronics headset in 2013 that I liked so I decided to try this one. However there was nothing I liked about this one. I wasted about 6 hours trying to get the Blackwire 3215 headset to work on my Windows 11 box. I initially tried to get it to work by plugging it into the USB port on the front my computer. After a number of attempts to change the settings, update drivers, and other tweaks the microphone volume remained at 0%. So it failed to work. So I then I tried a USB 3.2 port on the back of my computer. After even more attempts to get it to work, the volume was at only 1% and would not increase. I tried using Equalizer APO but the volume remained at 0% or 1%. The volume was too low for dictating into Word 365.
