Pillow cases have the long- opening which is very different from what we are used to. However, I have no trouble with the pillows falling out at all and I find them much easier to put on. The colours are fab and the cotton is lovely. It would benefit from having a better opening. The poppers didn't work and the seller asked for it back to repair. Great customer service and the poppers were replaced. It just needs shaking a little more frequently as the duvet has a tendency to start slipping out. Not a deal breaker for me. Would definitely buy it again. Beautiful bedding and a very good price compared with top high street chains.
