Great quality, and genuinely European made for peace of mind.
I bought these as I was looking for genuine European made bags and they were very highly rated on Amazon DE (Germany).. This, in the past, has usually been a good indicator, and these bags feel very well made, and perform excellently with the Andrew James Pro sealer. I had also considered the LaVa bags (which I may yet try) but these ones are strong and stand up to sous vide no problems. They are also feel slightly 'thinner' (at 90 microns) compared to the Andrew James branded bags - which in my mind is no bad thing as I already have mild concerns about plastics and recycling etc. One day someone may even produce biodegradable ones..I can definitely recommend these..
