- Seed parents include: L. cardinalis, L. fulgens 'Queen Victoria', Lobelia siphilitica, Lobelia specios & Lobelia vedrariensis
- Prefers moist conditions and can be grown in shallow pond margins or normal garden borders
- Seed can be sown in autmn and left to germinate naturally in spring
