I did not order that product, I will return it.I've had a very comfortable experience using this castor oil pad. It's great for warming my neck and back, and it relieves the aches and pains I feel from sitting at my desk for long hours. The castor oil is cold-pressed, so it's gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. What's more, the organic cotton pad cover is reusable, so it's a steal!

The description on Amazon does not mention this is black castor oil, but the label on the bottle indicates it is. The label does not identify the country of origin and gives no address, phone number, or any kind of product contact info. The label is poorly done, with misspelled words and words run together. The wraps were received loose in the shipping box and were not encased in a protective plastic wrapper. All in all, everything about this order was disappointing. I would not order again or recommend it.

This smells like tea tre oil mixed with a different oil. This has no smell like real castor oil. Oil feels thin and weird.
