Calvin Klein Men's Underwear Air Fx Micro Hip Brief

Admittedly I respect well fitting, good looking, quality underwear. This newer line of breathable mesh is awesome. Pouch is sized well for a guy with larger than average "tanks". Material is soft and washes well. Fit is excellent- even for a beefy body type. Briefs should make a come back for us guys....especially ones like these that support and allow breathing. And, they look great.

These are great for an athletic build- smaller waist, larger rear end. (33" waist, but I need to wear 38" jeans or xxl boxers to fit my legs.) The material is completely different. It is supportive like a synthetic, but it breaths. It is a little expensive for one pair, but worth the cost. CK tends to wear out quickly for me. I have only had these a few weeks. Durability is to be determined. I immediately bought another pair after trying these on.

The very favorable comments including mine, relate to the design pictured above. These have been out of stock, for years, and very mysteriously become available again, but they look very different (a cheaper skimpier, inferior design, and stitching than my 2021 pair pictured above). The typical cheapening of materials, manufacturing steps, design, etc. all are necessary to help Calvin Klein realize higher margins, but do absolutely nothing but frustrate otherwise loyal customers who are looking to make repeat purchases of the item that they know they will be satisfied with. The fabric looks like a thinner version, more cheaply stiched and not the same integrity/support as the model I purchased and am still using till this day. VERY HAPPY WITH MY 2021 purchase but VERY DISAPPOINTED with the bait and switch that I believe is occuring here..

Love these things. I've got a few different types of CK underwear, and these are by far the comfiest. Great material, very breathable yet soft, hugs everything very nicely. Feels kinda sexy wearing em too.

I took a trip to Florida and was just so very upset at my bland lifestyle. Everyone was way more loose so when I got back I decided to buy something more than just boxer briefs. I liked these because they weren't too wild, but perfect enough. The material felt so nice, almost like it wasn't there. My cheeks hung out just a little, but I didn't mind, it actually looked really good. I'm a small so the size was just a little too big. The material def looks like it'll shrink however. There's plenty of room for your junk if you was worried about that too. Overall except maybe for the size being a little bit big I enjoyed these. I'd def buy them again and maybe again and again.

Based on past experience I selected a larger size than the size chart recommendation .My recommendation; if you measure at the outer limit of one recommended size, select the next size larger. For me the "large" fits but is a little too snug. The XL fits better. XL still supports and has a nice feel at the legs and thighs and butt. Also if you are not stretching the material to its max every wear, it will last longer.

A bit tighter than both the Calvin Klein 100% cotton mid-rise and low-rise briefs. Material is nice, but I'll typically prefer the others for comfort.

The only underwear that has ever fit me correctly (aside from boxers) has been the Under Armour Boxerjocks. For some reason, Underarmour could not get their brief design right and abandoned the idea. There are times when I get tired of having legs on my underwear. The CK Air FX briefs are the best equivalent I have found to UA Boxerjocks. The material feels like a mess all over. It hugs close in the rear and has room up front.
