Honestly I would have given it just one star...but this product is nice because of the backing on it being soft and feels good and doesn't automatically freezes you. The reason for the low rating tho is that this product actually becomes ICE; if you are looking for something that freezes into a solid brick pretty much, then this would be that product. I believe this is due to there being too much liquid in the pouch (I am attaching photos). I usually have to let it un-thaw for about 15-20 minutes before I can use it and by then there is water buildup on top of the pouch (it pretty much makes a nice puddle which by the way if you leave it on your head it will start dripping down the sides, onto your face, and...well you get my point) So I am not impressed with it at all.

Use this every other week for my injections. It really helps ease the pain.

Better as a cold pack. Easy to overheat and destroy gels...

It works ok. The plastic stretched a lot and I am afraid it will break soon. I used it as a heat pack in a neoprene belt for my back. Also it will not hold heat for too long.

Just OK. Can't feel much heat or cold on the soft side, but the other side is too hot or cold and sticks to your skin. Works when the kids have an imaginary owie, doesn't do much for my arthritis pain.

Perfect size for migraines or a swollen joint, very soft and comfortable, conforms easily, fast shipping, overall great experience!

I like his hot/cold pack. It does just what i need it to do. Heat it in the microwave for it to be hot and freeze it for a couple hours for cold. I love how long it lasts i dint have to reheat or refreeze it every 15 minutes. Love this.
