Excellent, and better than the Bama alternative
I'm puzzled by the 'horsehair' description. The label on these says clearly '70% Polyester 30% Wool', which is fine by me as they have a very nice smooth feel that makes them slip a bit more easily into Wellies. The stitching looks strong - all boot socks are going to fail eventually and my old Bama ones have had some hand stitched mending applied. The Bama, having vertical corrugations in the sides, and being a bit less slippery, can be very hard to get into a rubber boot, and tend to be left behind in the boot on removal. These are better, and cheaper, and selling them as a pack of two makes sense in keeping shipping cost down.

Fit perfectly well on my size 9 feet in size 10 wellies. Toasty warm feet when out with the dogs and they also serve great as slippers around the house.

Seams failing after only 6 weeks of periodic use.
Bought this item because description of robust seam construction appeared to fit the bill but very disappointed that item failed within 6 weeks of wearing. Have had no such problems with at least two other makes of the same item. Unfortunately I bought two pairs but there appears to be no provision for me to return the item or claim refund. Seller referred me to Amazon.

Description on Amazon totally confusing. Ordered Adult size 8-9 and needed up getting baby size for 18-24 months old! Be careful when selecting and ordering size - difficult to change size to what you actually want.
