Superb build quality as always from UGREEN
Another great product from UGREEN. Simple to use - plug-and-play. Great connection fit ensuring a secure and fast connection without accidental disconnects - very stable. Been using it with my laptop for a while now without any functional issues.

A good selection of ports but a couple of issues
There are many variants out there but this suits my needs. It works well but 2 issues. First, I'm not 100% convinced that it doesn't have glitches when fully loaded (2 x SSDs, 1 mouse, 1 powered HDD and network). The discs would occasionally disconnect. Second, if I plug my audio interface into it, there is a little noise generated from the computer which doesn't happen with other hubs I use. Maybe a shielding problem? Despite these niggles I'm fairly happy with it as long as I work within constraints.

Excellent Choice for Apple Laptop & Desktop Users
Excellent for MacBook users. Or Apple laptop or desktop. UGREEN always a first choice.

Useful little device
Great little device. Got it in order that I could continue to use my external hard drive which relies on 2 USB-A ports. This device plugs into the USB-C in my new laptop and works well for my external HDD. Item was delivered quickly as well.

...nice device but no passthrough charging for laptop
...i bought this because my laptop came with only usb-c slots and since i had a usb-c monitor cable and usb-c power, i thought this was ideal to get an ethernet port as well as extra usb slots at the same time ...unfortunately even with the laptop charger plugged in the device does not do passthrough power to charge the laptop (it looks like the power port is only there for connecting high powered usb devices) ...the usb-c slots didn't work to pass-through my display either (which is a shame as i had an old hypertec dock device similar to this from work which had, gig ethernet, display port and pass-through power on same device and was hoping to replicate that with this)

If you need a network port for a MacBook Air without losing port space, this is it!!
Bought for a MacBook Air 4. I already had a USB A network adaptor plugged in via another as you are supposed to be able to daisychain them together if they’re all USB. However when I tried this, I got no network signal at all on a standard network cable instead I bought this plugged it in and perfect full power Internet speed straight away. If you’re finding you can’t get a network connection on a cable with your Mac, it’s well worth trying this little dongle that’s a cheap way of expanding them rather Mega number of ports the Apple give you.
