Excellent product by all standards. Picture quality is super-good and android 7.1 is run super fast. Very happy with the purchase overall.However remote functionality is a bit limited making the use of wireless mouse and keyboard necessary. Just plugged my wireless mouse and keyboard and was good to go. I will highly recommend this for anyone looking to buy one.

Bought as a replacement for an older Android box. This one has twice as much ram and HD space and you certainly notice the difference.My only gripe and I don't know if it's just me or a feature of this box but it keeps dropping wifi connection approximately every 20 minutes. Never happened on my previous box and I have tried all the setting I can find in the menus but still keeps doing. Other than that very pleased with it.

May be my hopes were too high for this little box. Wouldn't recommend if like me you were hoping to use Wi-Fi to connect. I previously had a fire stick and an old smart DVD player which performed with no issues and none or very little buffering however the Wi-Fi on this box struggled to even find my router and then when it occasionally did the performance was non existent. Maybe connection via cable would work but then if it did I would of had no need for the box. Disappointed :o(

I bought this as my old Android box wouldn't stream the increasingly higher definition stuff. This is marginally better but not perfect either. I'm thinking I should have bought a more powerful box or else maybe a mag box. Hard to know until you get the thing up and running. One problem I have with this box is the SD card slot. It's not properly enclosed so I ended up inserting my card above the slot and it then disappeared inside the box. I phoned Amazon and they agreed a return even if I damaged the box in opening it to get my sd card out. In the event, you can open the box by prising off the top - just ease the sides over the various ports with a finger nail or very thin flat tool. I got the card out and put the box back together. The other thing with the sd card is that they do not specify what card can be used or up to what size. I guess that it's 32gb max. My 64gb card isn't recognised. The remote comes without batteries but is superior to the usual crappy ones - a bit like a firestick remote.

A pile of crap, can't manouver around screen. can't install anything, complete waste of money, I will be returning this item. and askiong for a refund.

Arrived quickly, easy to use but accompanying remote is useless as you cannot get half the functions with it. Hooked a mouse up instead.

I was a little wary of buying this box because it is so much cheaper than most similar boxes out there but having used it for a few weeks now I would be happy to recommend it. I have had no problems at all and apps such as IPTV, Popcorn and Show Box work extremely well on it.

The remote control is possibly one of the worst I’ve ever used! It’s hard to connect and the mouse function is laughable.
