Sensor works, but needs to be pretty close to a hub or repeater to actually get picked up. button is kind of small also.The adhesive is very strong on the back and can even pull up some drywall if not careful.

It doesn’t do humidity just temperature, When it works!
First of all it says it does humidity and temperature when I contact the company they said they haven’t wrote the software for it to read humidity yet so it’s Miss advertising. Second of all it only worked for about a week and then the app went totally down and none of my vents or my temperature sensors react to the app. Customer service said they’re working on a fix to the app so as of right now I have 10 vents and four temperature sensors that I can’t use because their software is down for the app. Unacceptable.They should go back to Shark Tank and get some more money to make the company a real one!

Genius smart home device!
Simply put, if you install this system correctly it will work correctly. It took me a couple hours to figure out how to design this equipment into my current HVAC system and now I have zone control where I need it. The HVAC company wanted over 3k to outfit my basement as a separate zone but this system has done it for about $500 and I have 3 separate zone. So far I’m very happy with this product.

Accurate. Easy install. Works great
The hubby installed 4 of these with the vents throughout my home. Much more comfortable and it really just works. Took us a hour to install everything he showed me how to use the app.

Bad products and poor customer service.
It does not work and so my 5 Keen’s devices are useless. Their customer service kept sending instructions from their FAQ, which I already know, which did not help.

Will not pair with Keen hub
Will not pair with hub. Support says the hub I got is pre production and should not have been sold. Also said the hub would not take an update that would all sensor to pair.

Really Wanted to Like this But Unfortunately Terrible Experience
I spent literally thousands of dollars on a Keen Home system for every room of my home. This included 12 temperature sensors. Out of the box, they worked reasonably well and were easy to pair. However, I needed to remove 3 sensors. When I went to add them back, the app could not find them. I followed the instructions multiple times, still nothing. I bought new batteries, still nothing. I then contacted support on 11Mar. There is no phone number, only chat and email. "Nate" then began chatting with me, but would only respond 1x per week."Nate" occasionally responded from 11-March until 08-Apr, and then completely stopped responding. I had the email address to an "Anthony" at Keen Home from the return of other Keen Home devices (I left separate reviews), and after emailing him, he replied 4 days later on 01-May and told me to "submit a new ticket with details about the issue".So from 11-Mar through present, 01-May, now outside of the return window, I still haven't received instructions on replacing the defective temperature sensors.I get that they're a start-up and have limited resources, but you cannot string someone along on your chat support line for 2 months, and then ask them to "open a net ticket". Wasn't my support chat already a ticket?
