Be extremely cautious when using this product. If overused it will damage your teeth and gums. Use it as recommended, it will brighten up your teeth as advertised, but it will not remove deeper stains or completely whiten your teeth. It only scraps, not whiten. Head to a dentist or buy kits if you're unsure, not this. I highly recommend doing more research before buying. Blkdiamond is a company, not your friend, a longtime family member, or your dog. I was warning people asking about this product on their Blkdiamond Facebook page, letting them know about the harmful effects of overuse and sharing my thoughts... They didn't like that. So they removed my posts.Updated version: What I did while using this product. I followed the instructions but with some modifications to better suit my needs: I gently brushed my teeth for 5 minutes (for sensitive teeth about 2 minutes), I spat out into the sink and thoroughly rinsed my mouth out with water. Then, while using a different, more sensitive toothbrush, and applying quality toothpaste (preferably one that helps buildup enamel), I vigorously brushed my teeth to remove any leftover residue. Afterwards I used quality mouthwash: Follow the instructions for better protection. -- I did this every day for 6 days. After the 6 day period is done I'll start brushing my teeth and using mouthwash twice a day, while waiting 2 months between each use to reduce any possible longterm damage that may occur.*Do not become dependent on activated charcoal products. Use it sparingly, and less often.*

I saw a bunch of ads for this on Facebook and after seeing the before and afters, and that it was only $20 (roughly), I said “why not” and decided to give this a try. One big mess later I didn’t notice ANY difference, which was a shock considering the sharp contrast of the advertised teeth. They probably just went and got their teeth bleached instead. Should have bought a pizza.

My third time buying this product. I decided to go with the toothbrush set just to keep a brush for the powder use. I'm at a point where I don't use this every day. My teeth have remained pretty white after using this product for several months. So I now use it in moderation for teeth whitening maintenance.

I got this product expecting it to work. I’ve used it of course, twice a day (once in the morning, once at night before bed) and I see no results. I’ve had this product for 3 days now and see no results. My teeth are still yellow and I follow the instructions as stated on the jar for five minutes and my teeth are still coming out yellow. Will not be purchasing this ever again. And it doesn’t freshen your breath either.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! I used it once, and I wish I hadn’t. It was painful. It caused my gums to be raw and bright red. Black pieces got stuck under my gums...I could see them through my gums, but I couldn’t get them out. I had to use a safety pin to dig them out. The worst part was that I saw NO CHANGE in my teeth color. I even took before and after pics. This is a huge ripoff. I read that the reason some people think it works is because their gums get so dark red that the contrast between gums and teeth is stronger. That must be the case.

It actually works to whiten my teeth and it takes just a few minutes a day. Would recommend this product to anyone, even if you have sensitive teeth.

Not great the bamboo brush gave my lip a splinter and did not whiten my teeth and that’s even using it twice a day

VERY messy, BLACK EVERYWHERES. It is helping my teeth whiten but thr grit gets under your gums. I brush my teeth after with regular tooth paste and you can still kind of see it and had to get a tooth pick to get it out and floss your teeth after! It will also stain your tongue so make sure you brush that off.
