Purchased this product for a friend as a gift.Pros:Grinder is smooth in motion, doesn't bind, or grind on itself.Magnetic hold for grinding portion doesn't have a well, so doesn't build up ground items in the center.Clear holding area gives you a clear view of how much is left before needing to grind again.Deep well for grinding, holding, and finer particles.Multiple grinder plates for medium to fine particles.Cons:All the extra chambers, plates, and size make it unwieldy and larger than expected.After being ground, material does not cleanly drop through holes and slots for ground product, and will clog inside the ports, causing even more of a backup. Requires you to use a toothpick, paperclip, etc, to push it through each of the holes when finished grinding to make sure the plate is clean, and the product dropped through, before moving on to grind something else.All the pros were outweighed by the major con of the sheer time and hassle needed to get everything you ground through the collection holes and slots and into the collection chamber. I wanted so much for this to be a better product, as the weight, material, etc. was ideal, but the execution of its primary function just wasn't up to where it needed to be.

I read all of the reviews saying this product arrived used, and crossed my fingers that mine didn’t. Well it did and didn’t. It’s definitely not “used”. The problem is the manufacturing- it’s sloppy. The product isn’t terrible, the grinder is nice - works great. But it had lots of marks and scuffs out of the box, the male grinding teeth had metal dust on them - which I had to painstakingly rinse, and wipe off. There was metal dust in the threading, metal dust basically all over it. I had to take it apart and thoroughly wash it. That’s not something you should have to do when you buy a new product. Especially a “high end” grinder. The magnet is weak AF like you can barely pick it up by the top and it stay together. Other than that - it’s a good grinder and will probably last a lifetime with proper Maintnence. But they could definitely clean it before assembling at the factory, and add a better magnet in future models.

This grinder is by far the nicest grinder I have ever owned. Not just in terms of the cost, but also in terms of how well it works, and how thoughtfully designed it is. There are so many layers to use and store in, and the modular design means you don't have to lug all of them around at once--in fact you can JUST use it as a steel stash container. It's also designed to be CLEANED, and easily at that, which is a huge benefit over most cheaper grinders. I dragged my feet for so long on this due to the price, but I'm so glad I went for it. This thing is designed by people who understand what someone needs and wants in a grinder plus stash jar, and it's worth every dollar.

The grinder does a great job preparing herb as it’s sharp and well made. The clear glass storage compartment allows me to see how much has been ground and stores excess herb. The storage compartments are rounded so it’s easier to remove the plant material. Well made and looks great, a high quality product that I’m glad I bought. Would buy again. I was worried because some reviews said the grinder arrived open and dirty, looking used and with the clear glass storage section missing but everything arrived complete and brand new in a sealed box.

The grinder looks nice at a glance, but I noticed it had smudges, minor knicks, and dirt right out of the box.The cross hatch cuts on the disk edges seem a bit sloppy to the point that it looks as if they had dirt in between the lines.Is this a return item? Shop flood model?I expected a brand new, flawless product so I’m a bit disappointed. Haven’t used yet because I’m deciding whether to just return it and buy directly from the manufacturer.

This spice grinder is worth getting. It can grind fine or course, it holds plenty of herbs or spices, and also has separate storage. Feels good in the hands like it is going to last forever and work great doing it.

Got this and it was not item pictured. It was missing the store jar center. Sent it back, got full refund. Otherwise was a great grinder. Very beautiful color. Sturdy. Good quality.

I ordered rose gold, 8 piece. I received black 7 piece (a lesser priced item). The grinder itself is excellent so I’ll keep it but pay attention to who is filling the order.

Arrived on time and cheapest I found but when opened the grinder is scratched and a few marks.

i like the grinder because of the build quality i have the this grinder but i need a second one for on to go in my bag but it cost a lot i paid $133.05 CND for this grinder when i went to my local shop it only cost 99.00 + GST was not on sell over on it a great grinder and i'm happy with not the price i paid on amazon because my local shop don't have the rose gold color of this grinder so i went to amazon to get it and there was anther shop that had it for the 99.50 price of CND but was open display case one and no discount price at my other local shop but the grinder comes in 8 piece with two grinding plate one is fine grind for vapor and joints and the second plate good for bongs and pipes or even joints it also come with a removable Kief Catcher Screen and also comes with removable Storage Lid for your herbs to go by the way i like my KANNASTOR GR8TR V2 8 Piece Grinder for my herb buy this grinder is the only grinder you will ever need

I had a kannastor grinder in the past that lasted 6 years, this one is a level above any grinder I’ve ever purchased. So many options, slick design and essentially all I need for hopefully just as long.

This item was clearly already used - repacked and shipped to meSo sad for that price, it have some bump near the grinder part...Also, this grindr works really well but be sure that it is HUGE !!!

The top part of the glass just slides off. So when I twist trying to open the glass part it just pulls open. For the price I'm not satisfied at all. I want my money back.
