So with no problem at all Amazon sent me another. (Amazon's return policy is excellent). The replacement one I did get to work, but since then I have tried to contact Lulzbot to answer questions I have about it. It seems Lulzbot have (at least for the moment) gone out of business. No one replies to emails and no one picks up the phone.
