Crosley CR8005F-EM Cruiser Plus Record Player, Dark Emerald

My 12 and 9 yr olds love it! Amazing sound quality!

Have to SERIOUSLY give out a huge shout out to to Crosby ... this vintage player is exactly what you'd see in various camera shots in "A Complete Unknow" ... do NOT expect the best "Hi-Fi" sound - BUT - that's the point - if your after a rustic 70's sound experience - this is the right Record Player to take you back ... you want a high end sound - your going to need to spend north of at least $2k + to get that perfect sounds - then again - if your looking at just dropping the needle on OLD Vinal & want to just listen to music the way it "use" to sound 50+ years ago ... this is a GREAT solution !!!

We love this thing. It's much smaller than a typical record player, and infinitely cuter. We've had a great time going to record stores and buying old records and discovering new gems. We've found (since purchasing this) that listening to music on vinyl is qualitatively different; it's much more relaxing, and more of an experience, listening through an album. You especially appreciate it nowadays with modern streaming music playing everything at crystal-clear clarity and with no album continuity. It's a great addition to a date night. The records are more expensive than we had anticipated, but most stores also take them back for 50%, so it feels fun to just explore and try things. And we were both surprised that we actually enjoy classical music on vinyl.

THE BEST LOVE ITT

For the price, I didn't have high hopes for this record player. I'm pleasantly surprised at what I got! The record player is attractive, functional, and sounds great. I haven't played with the Bluetooth functions; the built-in speakers are clear and plenty loud enough that I haven't bothered with anything external. Despite its good performance, the construction was clearly conducted on a budget. Seams on the case are glued, and not stitched, and the components have a cheap feel to them, though their appearance is average. Still, everything functions well, and the features packed into the player are impressive. The lever to raise and lower the arm is great, and the needle is lowered soooo gently. The arm has a clasp that locks it in place for safe transport. The player features automatic stop at the end of the record, and the turntable itself is supported on a soft suspension, giving it the vintage version of skip protection. In addition to the Bluetooth functionality, there is a phono jack for headphones, and RCA jacks for connection to an external stereo system. Even if there was some expense spared in its construction, the player was clearly made by people who love and treasure records. My only criticism is that the player is powered by a DC wall adapter ("wall wart"). This is fine, but the adapter has no place for storage within the player, which makes porting it around less convenient. Had they built in a storage solution for this, or simply used and AC cord that would wrap up securely, this would have been an improvement. It's a small gripe, and one does not detract from enjoying the player.

We're really enjoying this record player! It's the first one I've had as an adult and it's easy to use. I love that I was able to connect it to our Bluetooth larger speakers but the speakers on the machine aren't horrible. Excellent value for the money. I love that we can take it anywhere due to its suitcase design. It's a great size for our small apartment. It's great!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves it! Works great.

I never leave reviews but do not buy this. We've purchased 2 of these and they both have broken within 3 months. The return process is rigged. Don't waste your time energy or money on this.

Sometimes it makes the sound of the vinyl weird but it’s only if the vinyl is in bad shape or it’s wobbly. I don’t know how to fix it but I recommend

My daughter is following the trend of wanting vinyl like many other teens. I didn’t want junk but also didn’t want to spend a fortune. T Swift sounds great to her! Can play 45s or LPs built in speakers and doesn’t take up a lot Of space. It’s portable if she wants.

Safely arrived. The box was wrapped properly. The item works fine, no concerns with it. Love the color! It is heavy. Easy to learn how to it works.
