Best compression socks for Plantar Fasciitis
While I don't normally write reviews, I feel I had to for these socks. They are outstanding. I have a rather nasty case of Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. In addition to custom arch supports, my Podiatrist recommended support socks. I have tried several varieties and this is the best. The left and right feet mean that they are woven to support the arch - and not overly tight over the tops of the feet. Other brands simply put a band of elastic around the entire arch which ends up squeezing the tops of my feet after a while. Also - and I can't stress this enough - these don't bind along the tops of the socks. After 10 hours or so of working, walking and general living, my ankles can begin to swell. Other brands make me feel like the proverbial sausage - squeezed in. These socks keep my ankles and feet supported without a "muffin top" where my ankles used to be.I now own them in all available colors and will be purchasing the black as soon as it is back in stock.

Life saver for me.
I have chronic plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Hiking is my therapy for PTSD. These socks have helped me so much that I can hike more then I have been able to in the past. They did such a good job I bought 2 more pairs. They are thin enough that I can wear them under a medium weight pair of wool socks and still have room in my boots for air circulation. I have tried the half type socks where your toes stick out and have found that these cut off the circulation where they end at the base of your toes. Also have tried every insole on the market to no avail. From superfeet to arch guards. Nothing worked as well as these socks. I actually wear them now for even my everyday activities, like shopping, driving, doing things around the yard. Great feeling to wake up with no pain. Highly recommend them

Amazing is the only word that can accurately describe these socks!
I don't even know where to start on this review but here goes....I have had problems with my feet and ankles forever. My feet pronate inward, I have no arches, and I have a lot of damage due to walking this way my whole life. The tendons are shredded in my left ankle, the bones are effused and there is arthritis. Everyday by the afternoon my left ankle is in severe pain and very swollen. I have had several cortizone injections over the years to manage the pain and swelling and they only work temporarily. The orthopedic surgeon made a brace for my left foot and ankle and that did not help either. I have tried ankle wraps and the ones with the copper in them and they help only minimally. When I came across these socks and read the description I figured for 15 dollars what do I have to lose. So I bought them......and this was by far the best decision I have ever made. The first day I wore them I felt immediate relief and a huge difference. I had no pain or swelling at from morning through the end of the night. I figured it was just because it was a new thing and it wouldn't last. I was wrong. These socks work so well that so far I have purchased two pairs and then my daughter bought me two more pairs for Christmas. I have worn these socks every single day, except for one day when none were clean, and I have no pain or swelling or anything at all.....the one day I did not wear them, which I thought would be no big deal, I was in so much pain and all swollen by afternoon. I now have four pairs and would like to get at least three more to have one for every day. These socks are thin so now that winter is here and it's been very cold here I can easily wear them under warmer socks in the snow and they don't bulk up mu shoes or boots at all. I cannot rave enough about these socks! They are well worth the 15 dollars a pair and eventually I will get three more pairs so I have one for everyday.

These socks are the best, but...
I have purchased Za Tech Ltd compression socks previously. This time, I purchased a larger size (extra large vs. large). Even though the size chartindicated the smaller size, they were difficult to put on, appearing too small. This is hard to evaluate due to the fact that, they are compression socks, how much compression is too much or are they too small. If you want a compression sock that is still effective and easier to put on, then purchase the larger size. The bottom line is that I have done quite a bit of research and these socks came out on top! In my opinion the size chart needs to be modified.

I was dubious, but...wow
So...I honestly figured these socks were a gimmick. But, after dealing with the most excruciating pain in my heel, I decided to take a chance and ordered two pairs. I only have plantar fasciitis in my right heel, the result of ankle surgery and a long recovery. Nothing, and I am serious...not even the dang ankle injury and surgery, is as miserable as plantar fasciitis. I'm on my feet a lot at work, wear boots and now special insoles, and by the end of the day I feel physically ill from heel pain. Enter these socks...the first day I wore them, I had zero pain. No way, right?? The next day, same thing. Ahhh...but Day 3...I wore regular sock and guess what? Yep, you guessed it...pain was back! I tried this for another work week, just to see if it was a fluke, and the same thing happened...days with these socks on, no pain...days with regular socks...pain. And so...I ordered three more pairs to cover the work week! They fit quite snug, but they're supposed to, in order to get the proper compression. Oh...and pay attention to the little 'L' and 'R' when you're pairing them back together on laundry day...it has everything to do with the direction of the compression! 😏

Great socks
Had I known I was going to like these so much I would have ordered a few more. After a mile or so of running my right foot goes numb, as well as an Achilles tendon issue. These socks provide comfortable, firm support throughout my run, no numbness, constant compression and support at the back of my heel. Just what I need for a smooth run.

Highly recommend these for anyone with PF
I am for a size 8 and went for XL as the previous pair were large and a bit tight. I have tried tape half socks etc but these socks are they only thing to manage my planter fasciitis. I have been pain free and running with ease. Highly recommend these for anyone with PF.

Good fit, decent compression and support
As ever, this particular brand of compression socks works well. I have dodgy ankles after several falls and a childhood break. I also have plantar fasciitis and fibro. These are a really useful addition to my armoury of supports.

Definitely worth a try
Excellent product. The support underneath the sock helps the plantar fascia and relieved a persistent ache due to previous damage. The sock also has support around the ankle, easing swelling due to tendinitis. I would say these are definitely worth a try if you have painful feet. A fairly low cost option which fitted true to the sizing guide.

Very disappointing!
Well made but very small around the ankle, which seems to be a common trend in this type of product. None of my family have unusually large legs or ankles but the socks were actually extremely difficult to put on and painful after less than an hour of wearing. It was a waste of money for me. Cannot use them at all.

Far too tight.
As others have said, they’re much smaller than they say. I ordered size 12 and they’re too tight to get on and feel like a size 8, For the price they’re not worth returning but I’m going to have to lose a lot of weight and reduce my sock size by 3-4 sizes to be able to wear them!
