Since discovering this I have no need for antibiotics as I just use this at the first sign of any irritation and my symptoms go away. The gel is cool and provides quick relief. Because it is natural too I don't mind using it often. It can be used inside and out and has a handy applicator for ease of use. I always make sure I have some of this in the house as anybody who has had recurring issues down there will know how uncomfortable it can be! However I rarely find I have to use this now. It soothes almost immediately after a slight tingling sensation at first.
