I have to be honest i was really skeptical about trying my own waxing at home, but figured what the heck for the price I'll give it a shot. i'm actually really glad i did. Aside form the directions being hard to understand due to what must be a bad English translation, its easy enough to figure out especially if you've had waxing done before. the wax melter was a little bigger than i expected, but aside from that it was exactly as seen in the pictures. it took me a little bit to get the hang of it all together, but here is what i can recommend- 1. be VERY careful when you first try out the wax- i ended up burning a small patch on my leg because it was too hot- make sure you let it cool down once it's all melted. 2. a thicker layer works better than a thin layer. i found it harder to peel off when i applied the wax too thin. 3. it is somewhat messy, like the little strings you get when using a hot glue gun. i found by twirling the application stick after i put the wax on it helped to alleviate this. Overall though once i started getting the hang of it i loved it! even shorter hairs that i though weren't going to pull out did and by the follicle. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying out home waxing for the first time.

For $30, this is a steal! It is definitely of foreign origin - the instructions are written in very broken english, but I was able to understand the general directions. I had no issues when using this product! I applied the wax in thick layers and did not have excess strings or leftover wax on my body as a result. This type of waxing is still painful, but it's less painful (and cheaper) than getting it done professionally. Cleanup is tricky - I was not able to get ALL wax residue out of the pot. But that's okay with me. I would recommend this product!

Well this was my very 1st experience even waxing...lol I was so excited, all the reviews were great...so I was like let's do this!It was pretty self explanatory. I watched a few YouTube videos 1st, just to make sure I was doing it right. The wax machine heated up quickly, definitely turn down the temp after 10 mins or so.. I forgot an yeah my 1st application was extremely HOTTTT, no burn but I did Yelp. I was so nervous to pull the strip. Lol it does a great job pulling hairs out, but I would suggest the hairs to be as bout 1/2in or longer as I had done shorter hairs the wax wasnt able to grab those...thus having to shave a lil bit after the waxing.Wax does stick if it has been spread on to thin an is hard to get off, like others noted.Next time I will definitely gave someone to help do the backside of my legs as that was pretty hard an awkward.Over all I would definitely recommend.

I am SUPER UPSET with this product! The warmer was not an issue which is why am i giving at least A star (its only day 1 anyway🙄) the wax is HORRIBLE!!!!🤬 it starts to drag while you’re applying it to your skin the way a glue in a glue gun does. It doesnt grab but like 2-5 hairs (IF THAT) it took me a BUNCH of tries just to get done the top of my eyebrow ( even tho i didnt have much hair BUT it was enough hair for this product to at least do what it was made to do and take off my hairs😒. I bought this product to save me $15 each visit to a salon and all i did was lose more because it seems like i’ll have no choice but to go back! I am posting a photo of how MUCH WAX i had to use just to finish my eyebrows and yet i still have to pluck!

Updated Review: Seller reached out to me directly following my review and return of the original product. Very apologetic and said I must have received a returned item by mistake. They offered to send a new item free of charge. Upon receiving the new item, I could verify it was factory sealed and new. I'm appreciative of the gesture, but am still turned off by my initial experience.Original Review: Please do NOT purchase from this seller. Item looked brand new upon arrival. I was completely horrified to open the box and discover that there was USED WAX AND BODY HAIR inside the warming bowl. I’m not kidding. This is my first product review, but I want others to avoid what happened to me. The box and outside of the wax warming bowl looked perfect and new. It took me awhile to realize what was inside the bowl once I removed the lid. Please do not buy from the seller!! And always read reviews!

I didn't even try to see if it worked because when I opened the packaged and took the lid off of the product, I saw it had already been used. There was wax all inside the container, and one of the wax bead packets were already open. Did you not check the package upon return and just send it to the next victim? Not okay.

I LOVE THIS! I've only ever used wax with strips and I've only ever waxed my lip and eyebrows, but I did this on my lip, eyebrows, and armpits and it worked like a charm! The people who are giving it bad reviews probably arent doing it right, its not like normal wax that you put a thin layer on. This wax is supposed to be put on a little thick so it doesnt crack and break. I got all of my underwear hair off in just a few strips and it was my first time! I love it.

This product is one of my all time favs. I have tried many other types of hair removal but this is my favorite of all! No waxing strips needed for this kit! Warms up within 8-10 minutes and is ready to go! Much less painless than traditional wax. I’ve used this on my lip, bikini, and armpits and have had great results. Love that the warmer has a dial that you can adjust the temperature with.
