I use and older version and it worked better than this new
It's ok when it wants to work. I have to give it a 3 star because , I use and older version and it worked better than this new version

This box doesn’t work!!!
I purchased this product about three weeks ago since then I’ve hooked it up nothing is working on it I can’t view movies on it everything needs to be updated and once I update it it still wouldn’t play all the video add on have bad links i’m truly disappointed in this particular box I purchased this box because I had a TV box before any work greatly this one is horrible!! Disappointed

Takes forever to watch anything!
I wanted this because of the keyboard- after five months of use I can honestly say it takes me more than 20 minutes 90% of the time to actually watch anything as this takes SO LONG TO STREAM! And no, it’s not my internet- my cheap Blu-ray player works better than this. Super disappointed...

Stopped working after just 2 days.
Worked for all of 2 days. The HDMI connection apprears to be failing now. Tried different cables and inputs on the tv to no avail. When it worked...it was as expected. None of this is terribly surprising to me. As cheap as it is...I figured I'd give it a try.

That this tv box I would not recommend the instructions are very difficult to understand
It’s almost impossible for me to hook up it’s very complicated can you please tell me how to return this item ? I don’t have the original box it came in
