It's a grain tea, it needs 8-10 minutes to steep
This tea is very relaxing and has a warm, grain flavor. If it's too light, it may be because you didn't use enough tea. It calls for two bags (I used a 12oz mug and just at boiling temp water) and it came out amazing.

I was happy to have found this, the health benefit of the ingredients is widely known but to cook them daily requires time and discipline, that’s why I am grateful that now I can just drink it out of a teabag form.

Too light, weird taste. There is better choice
The brewed tea was too light overall. It is a bit pricey compared to other similar products available. The taste was not very good and I would say a bit weird. There are other better choices available.
