Great product. Very reliable from a not-so-famous brand. The product may appear to be slightly expensive at the first sight but it is worth buying at the price it is sold because there is absolutely no cost involved for at least the first two years. The brand offers an AMC after 2 years at a very reasonable price. I did my research before deciding to buy the product and happy with the first impression. Brand technician is very friendly and answered all questions with a smile. Explained the DOs and DONTs. Attention to detail was impressive. Strongly recommend.

Overall an excellent product with extremely disciplined & we'll behaved working staff & constant monitoring by their mobile app made this purchase totally satisfying. Product working perfectly well. Whole-heartedly recommending this product with a 5star rating.. Economical maintenance need not be the actual reason for purchasing this product. It is actually only an addon benefit!

So basically it a allrounder ro for anytype of water . In my locality the water tds is near around 2000 so while installing the ro the technician ( from urban compy he was a very good person told everything, talks politely and told everything about the ro in simple words) they told me that the water tds is 2000 tds so it will come upto 100 to 150 after purification but surprisingly this after purification for 3-4days the tds came upto 75 to 95 and the taste of water is awesome ( sweetish). Finally the conclusion is this is the best purifier . But I am giving it 4 stars because the problem is with the tap. When u fill the water in a bottle or anything you have to pull it upwards and when you push it back into its place it will spill water amount the bottom section of the ro the only thing urban company have to fix this this is a engeneering issue.

Very nice and fast service by UC also the prefilter included in this product. So no need to expense more approx 1000 rupees for prefilter. Tds meter recieved with this package. Water quality is very nice. Installation very fast. Mazor thing is that there is unconditional warranty of 2 years.Overall experience very good for it.

Initially due to installation i face some issue overall the product is KUDOS in its range water is tasty and TDS is also excellen. So, I am requesting UC for speedy arrangement a service center at Bongaigao Pin 783380. Because local service peraonnel asked us to cancel your product because there is no service and they not give us support in future
