Not worth it to me.
If I could give no stars it would be great. It did not work for me at all...it came with no literature to show how to put it on...I had to refer back to the pictures in the link. Amazon was nice enough to give me a full refund. Not a good product does not stop snoring
I would give it less than one star if I could. It had no effect on my husbands snoring. He took it off after a few hours of uncomfortable sleep also. He hated it and he still snored even with it on.
