This kit comes with many things the other complete kids don't have like a TDS meter and a PH meter. I've tried all the kits on the market and this is the only one that doesn't leak without having to add extra rubber sealant. The nutrients work better than my usual kit so I am a ten green fingers convert. The air pump is super quiet, and this kit includes more things that you really need that the other kits just don't include.

The directions were easy to follow and the whole system was easy to set up. Take your time and do it right, some of the fittings can be hard to push on. It's been running for a few days now and no leaks, which is great. The air pump is surprisingly quiet for the size of it. I added a cheapo aqua-lifter and some extra tubing just to experiment with a top fed system, but it would work perfectly without it.The kit comes with a round of nutrients, but the directions really stop at setting up the buckets - it would be nice to have a page or two on filling it up and getting started. You can do a quick search and find more info than you'd ever need on that topic though.I'll by again when I'm ready to expand.

I couldn't be happier with this system. It comes with everything you need, just add a tent, light and seeds! It has quality components, especially the pump and air stones. I highly recommend this system.
