Added to my training arsenal with my endurance products quite a surprise

Easy to swallow, no aftertaste or heartburn. No appalling smells.Taking for cholesterol reduction and to help with sports recovery. Has not been a long enough time frame yet to judge those results.

Seems to be working

I've been taking it over 3 weeks and haven't noticed any changes or improvements to my health. I exercise moderately, about 4 times a week with a balanced diet, with no alcohol and have not noticed any health benefits. After hard workouts, this supplement doesn't help me recover either as I still feel tired, groggy, and sore the next morning. Stamina and endurance haven't been improved either. Zinc is good for your health but having too much Zinc can produce side effects such as a weaker immune system as well.If anything, I noticed that these have reduced my testosterone.

If you know Earl Grey tea, you know Bergamot. Many feel it can lower cholesterol levels. Clinical studies have been mixed yet recent studies are largely supportive and encouraging. Study participants have been able to cut back on statin dosages, too. If you skin is sensitive to sunlight, there is a small possibility you may have a reaction. This vitamin is helping my immune system stay strong and it’s keeping the flu away during this cold season, my skin is looking much smoother and it seems it's helping with more oxygen, and a lot more energy. Great Product! Recommend it!
