Great!
So- I actually ordered this for my dogs, not for myself, and they absolutely love it. It is amazing to have on hand for when they have tummy-upsets, and so convenient to just open the box, warm the broth and give to them to help soothe their tummies. The collagen in the broth helps a LOT, and is the best way to get them eating and hydrated when unwell. My dogs never turn this broth down, even when they really aren't feeling well. I often make my own bone broth for them, but sometimes we run out and these are great to have when that happens. It's also great that I don't need to spend a long time waiting to defrost home-made batches when a tummy problem strikes- these are always ready to go right when we need them! They have been such a wonderful find, and I'm not sure we can ever be without them now!

Use in place of beef broth.
I find that using bone broth, in times that beef broth or stock is asked for, is good for flavor. I feel like these have other ideas when they packaged them, but flavor is great and it works great for stews, soups, and even rice or noodle dishes I make sometimes that I used to use stock for.Flavor is more intense than stock, there is a good balance here as well. I did also experiment with using this in ramen and it was actually really good, though I thought that a chicken bone broth would have been better with the toppings I used with it. (Karaage chicken, scallions, and soft boiled egg which I had on hand.)Price is hard here though, for 16 cups of broth, it is shy of 60 dollars. There are options out there that are cheaper, and still very good. My local retailer also sells bone broth and it is 4ish dollars for 24 oz. The flavor of this broth is marginally better than that, but I can buy 6 of those bone broths for 24 dollars and this is more than double that cost. This is a more premium product that has elevated some dishes and I am actually torn on recommending it outside of special occasions to impress on someone or people. I am happy I tried it though as it was a good experience to cook with.

This is a nice bone broth, but WHAT is this price??
This is a nice, tasty bone broth, but I'll be frank with you: I did not notice sufficient difference from much cheaper store brands to make this broth deserve such an absurd price point. As of this review, it is at $6.75 per carton; that is nonsensical, to me.I can't imagine why anyone would choose such an overpriced product when there are so many other more affordable, yet still quality, options out there.

Had this while I was sick and it was so soothing!
I drank this in a soup for my sore throat and the flavor was cozy and comforting. It tasted hearty but not too much beef-flavor which I enjoyed. This does taste like it is low sodium and it is reflected in the nutrition facts as well.FYI I was sick at the time, so take my comment about the flavor with a grain of salt! (pun intended)

Tastes great
Nice and beefy. Not salty so I can add more of my own flavorings. I like to use it to make instant noodles. Throw 2 eggs in there with some lettuce and beef then garnish with some cilantro and scallions and we're good to go. Love the convenience. It's a nice amount of protein too.

Amazing Bone Broth
I have had this for around a few months now and have not tried it out. But then this week I was making a brisket stew and remembered I had this in my pantry. First I tried it out before putting it in with the meat that I had on for around 40 minutes to get to the right texture and tenderness. The taste was really good, and better than some normal store bought beef broths I have tried before. I really think it helped to kick up the flavor a bit in my brisket stew, so I was happy to have it around and should have tried it sooner.

Good for stew
This is pretty weak broth... it's more brothy than bone brothy aka stock. It's got plenty of salt on paper but it definitely needs salt for flavor soo it's great in stew but not my favorite for sipping
