Good bracelet, poor customer service
Overall this is a great product in itself, however, one of the beads was broken In half and loose when I received it and a few were very sharp. When I messaged the seller about it I was told they are supposed to be sharp because they are chip stones as described in the product description but they did not address the broken one or provide any form of solutions. Just an "It is what it is" type of response. I was interested in some of the other products they had available but I decided against it based solely on the "customer service" experience.
