The material scratches easily. It happened on my first use. Other than that it is a great hoop. Just do not use it for more than one hour per session and only a few times a week. I injured my back by using it too much. Hula hooping is so much fun that you just get carried away lol. I have recently bought a light weight hoop in hopes that I can continue hooping frequently without worrying about injury. Also never favor one side when hooping, it will bite you in the ass. Overall, if you want to hoop A LOT, then I recommend that you do not use a weighted hoop, go with a more traditional one.

Last one I bought from another seller was hurting me a lot. I actually got bruises around my waist. I didn’t want to give up so every time I hold hoop I had to wear the waist sweating belt :( Then one day my son jumped on the hola hoop and broke it. That’s how I bought this one. They look very similar BUT this doesn’t hurt at all!!!!! I was so surprised! Very happy with my purchase!

It was easy to put together but I discovered I had another problem and that was space. You'll need a lot of space to use the hula hoop or you'll knock stuff down...ha, ha.

Good quality, heavy enough to make it easy to use. Snap together feature makes storage easy,

Foam rips easily if you are not careful but other than that, it's great!
