truth is..I opened the delivered parcel, and the thumbscrew that connects the camera to the wall fixing fell out broken off from the base...I thought ah well, never mind. ( i am like the doc in back to the future, I have lots of gizmos and gadgets )....so fixed it up in my usual ingenious way...works , yes , all good except it doesnt like bushes and grass , anything green in the garden is lilac/purple....but , wait, the icing on the cake...my summerhouse and shed are green, and they show green..so it is just foliage it has a problem with...!!!....only a tenner, so it will do...

losing Internet connection although my connection is fine..
After trying out several wireless cameras and sending them all back because of one reason or another e.g.losing Internet connection although my connection is fine....or delay in the camera ,in some cases any would be intruder would have been in and the camera would only have shown this up a few minutes later-I decided to go for just a basic camera-no snapshots etc.It arrived yesterday and I was surprised to see how small it is-but this is ok-makes it more discreet.I had it up and running in five mins-so easy,which was a relief for me lol I intended in the beginning to install it above my front door and may still do that,but at the moment its fixed to the inside of my window and looks out onto the garden gate and approach to my door.Even though its through glass-its still nice and clear during the day-at night a bit less so but at the moment Im leaving it where it is.Its early days to say much more about it,other than so far so good-great wee camera for the money and Im really pleased with it.Great being able to see whos at the front door before I answer it and for avoiding unwanted visitors :) So if youre looking for a basic camera-no frills and just works the way its supposed to-then you could do a lot worse than buy this one.I have it connected to my tv which I dont use anyway other than as a pc monitor and its ideal.

Good value
Unlike some more expensive units, the infra-red component of the image is not filtered for daytime viewing. This makes green foliage appear white. Not a problem when used as a security camera. However the night viewing using I/R is excellent and makes the scene as bright as daytime.

good value for money and its video sensitivity is really good!I've now had great evidence when it comes to video snap shots that last roughly 6 seconds not 10 seconds the manual stats.other than that the video colour tends to come out different, for example, i wore a dark blue top and it was completely pink from the video playback 0.o

Does what it says
For the price i paid this camera is as good as it gets. Small, compact, easy to install and keeps an eye on the driveway perfectly.Yes the clarity is good but not brilliant, night vision is acceptable but again for what i paid a very good bit of kit.
