Decent Product
The stool is definitely of a great quality, I bought it for my toddler so that it's easier for him to wash his hands, sit on the potty by himself etc.Does the job except for the fact that every time, you got to hold it from the side to move it around, would have been nice if the design had a gap at the back to hold it and move around.4 stars is only for the product design. Quality and service etc- deserve 5 stars.

No more lifting!
I had been looking for a taller stool for my little one to reach both the toilet and sink for a while, and delighted that this one hits the mark and i no longer have to lift him up that extra bit. My son is just 3 so with our smaller step wasn't quite able to get off the toilet or reach the taps, but now he feels like a big boy and is able to go to the bathroom unaided. I would agree that for a piece of plastic this is quite expensive, however good quality and doesn't slip on a tiled floor.

Nice, small step stool.
Very nice, compact and 'tasteful' step stool.Anti-slip feet ensure it's solid in mats or tiles and it's a good height for loo and sink access. The only thing I don't like is that the stepping area can be quite slippy as water will 'pool' on it and the plastic 'runkles' on the steps are not particularly anti-slip when wet. This is only an issue when we're using it as a bath step.No issues with it as a step for the sink and loo.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Very good value. Used everyday for months and still going strong. This is perfect for toilet training and beyond, also brushing teeth at sink and doing baking in kitchen etc. It is sturdy and non slip. Also double step is better than single step, I have a different single step and it is still not really high enough for my 3 1/2 yr old to reach toilet alone but this double step he has been using for about 8 months by himself and he can manage as it's just that bit taller. This is a product I can see still being useful in years to come. I would recommend.

Larger than the older model, so takes up more space. But still great.
I wanted another for our downstairs loo, having purchased one 3-4 years ago. This new one is quite a bit chunkier, with larger steps so is not quite as compact as the old one. Still a great step though and my 3 year old happily picks it up and moves it between the sink and loo as he needs.

Good product
Love these steps, large, non-slip, very sturdy and good quality. Perfect height for an almost 2 year old to reach the toilet but still a little small for her to reach the sink just yet.. The only thing I think they could improve would be if it had a small cut-out handle in the top step, so that the child can move it themselves when the step is facing them, that's my only criticism, they have cut away the back, but even for me it's awkward to reach round to the back of this large set of steps to move it, so to make a small handle to make moving it easier would make it perfect. Other than that, highly recommend this product

good height, anti slipping, easy to get onto, sturdy
Dimensions: The product does not come with a box (I guess it is stackable and stored as such), so the dimensions in the descriptions reflect closely its actual size - the height is almost 21cm (more than the given value of 20.5cm).The stool stands on 4 non-slip rubber covered legs. Both steps are anti slip. The surface of the top one has some kind of an extra layer with an anti slip pattern though its material did not seem to improve the grip beyond that of the lower step, which was simply molded with similar pattern - this seems reasonable enough. My 18 month little one really likes the i8tem, uses it as a stool to sit apart from standing to reach the basin.

Just the right size
We tried one stool (the mothercare one) that was too short, and my extremely tall 2.5-yr-old couldn't get on the toilet with it. So we bought another one with 2 steps, but that one was so tall that her feet were nearly at the level of the toilet seat and she was in too much of a squat position and didn't like it (though the it turned out to be useful for the sink for hand-washing).But like like baby bear's bed, this one is Just Right. Hight enough to get on the toilet, but not so high as to be scary. Also very sturdy and non-slip. Completely happy.
