early review
it's early on but for now i'll give them 4 stars. they look good and feel alright- not the best and certainly not the worst, comfort-wise. i need to play in them a bit more to get a better feel for what i think of them, performance and comfort-wise. the one thing that surprised/disappointed me was they didn't provide more ankle support/protection. i thought they went up a little higher. i'd guess they're 1/4 tops, if that. they looked like they were a little higher (half tops) and gave more ankle support/protection. one nice thing was the price was right. they were on sale and under 40.00 when i got them.
