Great alternative to pasta
These are really good, and good for anyone trying to stay away from pasta. I had them with spaghetti sauce and they absorb the flavor of the sauce. I actually warmed these with the sauce and it was really good. It still had a bit of hearts of palm flavor but I like hearts of palm so it didn't bother me. It is not the same consistency as pasta but if you are used to zoodles or other veggie noodles, this will be similar. I would recommend these to any low-carbers or anyone that needs a substitute for pasta.

A dec 27 2018 delivery had 4 out of 8 boxes had jan 31 2019 expiration date !!!! Disappointed !
Keto diet . Will go back to canned palm hearts by different company !

By far the best keto pasta I've had!
Made it w/alfredo sauce (2 carbs/serving - measured 2 servings for the whole dish) - 2 tbl butter and garlic w/a little chicken broth to start, then added the chicken, then 'noodles', then broccoli. I did rinse the noddles for a bit, then soaked them in half and half for almost 30 min then rinsed them again. Pretty strong artichoke type taste right out of the package, but after rinsing, it was noticeably less strong and soaking them in milk definitely helped.

Pricey for what you get.
I was surprised how small the box's were when I opened the shipping bag. So far I have opened one box and tried the "noodles"..I think it is misleading to call them "spaghetti noodles". The texture is crisp, kind of crunchy which I did like but they are not like a noodle. The taste is kind of sour like it has a little vinegar on it, which could probably be disguised with some sort of sauce. I bought them because I was looking for low/no lectin foods..I will use them but personally I think they were way too expensive for what I got. $24. for 4 small box's.. The heart of palm is sourced from Costa Rica. One box is approx. two small servings.I would not buy them again.

This was my first time ordering the spaghetti noodles and I'm very pleased with the taste and texture. There's no smell like some of the other noodles out there and the texture was much closer to regular spaghetti.

I ordered this spaghetti made from heart of palm for weight loss reasons and because it is gluten free. I love the texture and the taste and the fact that preparing it takes no time at all. I will order it again because this product is a winner!
