Weanas Tent Poles Replacement, Aluminum Rod Tent Pole Multifunction Lightweight Tent Pole Repair Kit, 7001 Series Aluminum Heated

I bought these to replace the old, heavy and broken fiberglass poles for my Coleman dome tent. They appear to be very well made and fit perfectly. They are also much lighter than the old poles. As indicated in the description, they have MALE ends on them but the ends can be pulled out of the way if you need them to be female (as was my application). Added bonus, they cost half of what an original replacement pole from Coleman would have been. I'm very happy with this purchase as my tent is still in great shape other than the poles, and with these it will continue to serve me well. I have not used them in the field yet, so I can't attest to their durability, but they appear to be well made.

These are nice quality, and although I was skeptical, that aluminum would bend the way I needed them too, they definitely do. Nice poles!

Having to pull the pin from the end of the pole to insert the tent pin in isn't ideal but it does work.Easy to cut with a Dremel disc or metal hacksaw, very lightweight and bends easily while still able to spring straight when done camping.

I have this tent ALPS Mountaineering 5422607 Taurus 4 Person Tent, Sage/Rust https://a.co/d/gHK8KzjMy kids ruined the poles so I replaced with the 15' 3" ones and voila good as new. All you need to do is pull the male ends out and stick the tent pole holder in the hole to make it work with that tent. I can't speak for the durability yet, and they feel a little flimsy, but only time will tell on that end.

This tent pole works great on my Coleman Sundome 4 Person tent. That tent has male connectors. At first it seemed like these wouldn't work, but they actually do work perfectly. Not the way as described in the add. It's really simple.Pull out the male end (Do not untie it as suggested in the ad), and hold it to the side. Then slide the male connector of the tent into the hollow tube. The benefit is the male end on the pole make it super easy to slide them into the tent.I will dock 1 star because their instructions are confusing, and I have yet to hear from the company after inquiring about this several days ago.Edit: Since this review the seller has been in great contact with me, and has adjusted their Product Description. I'll give it five stars now. The seller is great, and the product is great. I love it.

bought this on "buyers also bought" when looking for extra poles forNeso Tents Gigante Beach Tent. You need a stiff pole for this tent, not a flexible/bendy one.Past the return window, despite not using till vacation (bought in advance). Oh well.

They work very well

Cutting poles to correct length really easy & necessary flex remained. Completely satisfied.

Compre estas varillas para una tienda de campaña iglu porque se me había roto el canutillo de una de las varillas y se quedaba la tienda descompensada. Antes de comprarlas medí la longitud total del juego de varillas y compre estas al tener la misma longitud, y aunque las varillas son más cortas me han valido perfectamente y mi tienda esta como nueva. Las varillas son bastantes resistentes y los canutillos no se abren con facilidad, lo cual en este caso es un punto a favor.

Compré estas varillas parra arreglar varias que se me habían partido de la tienda Ferrino Lightent 2. Con un simple cortatubos que vale 3€ las corté a la medida que quería y han quedado perfectas. Material a simple vista igual que las originales.Únicamente me falta probarlas a ver que tal. No le doy 5 estrellas porque dos de las varillas tienen un poco de juego entre la varilla y el enganche que agarra con otra.

Wenn man zufrieden ist, ändert man ja normalerweise nicht viel. Bei Zelten kann man das aber ruhig mal tun!Ich habe ein preisgünstiges 10T Zelt, welches mich schon durch viele Nächte gebracht hat. Jetzt zum Trekking wäre es zu schwer gewesen mit über 2kg Gewicht. Aber man kann ja so einiges tauschen.Heringe getauscht, 240g weniger, Gestänge getauscht, 180g weniger. Schwupdiwupp, Zelt trekkingtauglich.Dabei ist das Zeltgestänge mit das wichtigste, nach der Außenhaut und dem Boden. dieses hier ist wirklich top verarbeitet, die Segmente passen wunderbar ineinander, nicht zu stramm aber auch kein klappern, saugende Passung, wie wir Metaller sagen.Das Eloxat sieht auch sehr gut und haltbar aus. Die Stabilität ist superWer ein Zelt sein eigen nennt, welches die Stange mit zwei eingesteckten Stiften hält, fährt in den Baumarkt, dort gibt es Aluhülsen und diese klebt man einfach an den Enden an. Das Gestänge ist auch leicht zu kürzen, einfach auseinander ziehen, den Gummi an den Enden abknoten Segment kürzen, zusammen stecken, verknoten, fertig.Mit einfachen Mitteln kann man hier ein günstiges Zelt mit Glasfibergestänge und Stahlheringen in ein Leichtgewichtszelt verwandeln und auch meist das Packmaß wesentlich verkürzen, sind doch die Aluminiumsegmente viel kürzer, und somit eine Menge Geld sparen.Mein Zelt hat mich jetzt insgesamt 130€ gekostet, wiegt 1,8kg, ist doppelwandig, und reicht locker für mich, den großen Rucksack, oder für zwei Personen.Weit entfernt also von den vielfach teureren Leichtgewichtszelten oder den einwandigen Tropfsteinhölen.Also absolute Empfehlung fürs Aufrüsten oder defekte Stangen tauschen.Sollte diese Rezension gefallen oder geholfen haben, bitte den Button drücken.Dankeschön :-)
