If you are 5'0" - 5'4" you will require our GoFLX 55cm Exercise Ball If you are 5'5" - 5'11" you will require our GoFLX 65cm Exercise Ball If you are 6'0" - 6'3" you will require our GoFLX 75cm Exercise Ball If you are 6'4"+ you will require our GoFLX 85cm Exercise Ball Blowing Up Instructions To inflate simply insert the pump connector, and start pumping. To get it to the right inflation size, measure the ball’s circumference around its widest part with a measuring tape. If this is 172cm the ball has a 55cm diameter, if it is 204cm, it has a 65cm diameter and if it measures 235cm it has a 75cm diameter. Simply inflate to the required diameter. Once inflated, quickly remove the pump connector and insert the stopper pin.

Too small and not round (but replaced without issue)
I've got two of these. My old one is fine but the most recent one purchased isn't spherical...it's slightly squashed like a satsuma, even when fully inflated. I also think the measurements are off because this one is much smaller than my existing one and they are both supposed to be 65cm. If I was using this for exercising then I would be sending it back. I'm using it as a seat and so the fact it's not round isn't actually a problem. So if you want a round ball that is sized accurately then I would advise you look elsewhere.Edit: Since leaving this review the company has contacted me, apologised and sent me a replacement ball. The replacement is perfect. Great customer service.

BE AWARE ... NOT the SIZE claimed.
Bit annoying. I ordered a 85cm ball and indeed it turned up maked 85cm. It even says 85cm on the ball however, when pumped up to 4psi (That's rock solid using a car pump) it's 68cm high. Given that there's a 65,75 and 85cm size then I don't know if this is an over pressurised 65 or a 75 just a bit too small. What it's definately not by any stretch of the imagination is 85cm.I'd have sent this back if not for the fact that I can make do and I needed this for a seat as I'm getting back pains from traditional seats.I don't like vendors that seel something and then deliberately mislead you and send you something else.

Not anti-burst
Lasted a week! Admittedly this was purchased for our son with autism who is very good at bouncing but this has been the worst ball we have purchased. Normally we have experienced several months service with some heavy duty bouncing. This ball had very little usage and burst quite spectacularly.

I thought it was great quality, I would recommend
I didn't find it hard to pump up with the manual pump, I can understand how it would be tiring though.I bought the 55cm, but when I pumped it up, it only reached 50cm in height. Which was too small for what I needed it to be (using it at my desk and for excercise).Also, I found it started to blow air back out at me, when it was nearly full, so make sure you are quick when putting the plug in.Other than it being too small, I thought it was great quality, I would recommend, it just wasn't right for me.

This item worked very for me. But I didn't knew that if the ball have a cut it would eventually pierce (this was my first Swiss ball :) ). I'd recommend you guys buying this product as it is a great on but if there is is heavy scratch or cutting like mine on the ball when unboxing return it asap as it would eventually piece or explode on it's own.

Easily holds 100kg with no problem at all
Easily holds 100kg with no problem at all. Holds the air well without having to constantly top up. Used as a chair at the desk on a daily basis with no issues and also used as a training tool for BJJ and again no issues at all.

Its an exercise ball and comes with a hand-pump. Material used seems strong enough while maintaining elasticity, giving the ball plenty of bounce.

Good quality for reasonable price.
Excellent firm quality, exercise ball easy to inflate with foot pump provided. Very impressed - good to use with confidence - additional handy easy-deflate feature.
