Perfect for large amount of medication. Air tight. 20 total compartments that fit large supplements. I used a label maker and placed the name of the each med or supplement on the back side of each pill compartment. It is large size but fit easily in a carryon suitcase that was packed full of clothes for a week of travel. Perfect for an all in one medication travel case for family travel needs also. I plan to use it on a daily basis for all meds and supplements. Easier access to medications vs opening several pill bottles. Meds are easy to remove from each compartment. 3 locking mechanisms to ensure it does not open accidentally but easy to open when needed. It is not child proof and would be easy for a child to gain access to medications so use caution with younger children in home.

In short, one of the best health-related purchases of my life. We're coming up on a year with this pillbox and I wanted to share my thoughts as a user of this product and a psychotherapist. I live with anxiety (as we all do) and ADHD as a nice addition, so organization of health related items is crucial. I have used the weekly/monthly organizers with mixed results (they became ineffective when I fail to fill the boxes each month). It takes far less effort to have all of my medications in one place at the same time, which also helps me to know when i'm running low. I travel weekly and wish to always be prepared. Instead of grabbing a few boxes for my travel time, I find it more comforting to know: 1) this is too large to lose easily so I don't worry about having all of my meds in one place and 2) I know I will always have more pills than I need in case there is a last minute schedule change. I also love that the dark color protects my meds and the high walls keep everything in its place. Even the smallest of my pills stay put! I've dropped this more times than I want to admit but i'm never worried when it does. The build quality is impressive. The seal appears to be waterproof (i'm not going to test this theory though). Opening and closing this, you can hear/feel the seal and the hinges close with a very satisfying click that tells you your stuff is safe. I will say about the hinges: when I first got it, I felt like there was a major design flaw in the hinges in that they can come off of the unit somewhat easily. However, I realize that is a good thing. Whether or not it is intentional in the design, I think it allows for less likelihood of damage if they are mistreated (like my dropping it all the time). It feels odd to say that this has become a big part of my daily recovery but its true. I also use the kit to remind myself of my travels, my ideals and my dreams.

I take multiple medications and this pill case is such a great way to save space. I have no issues fitting 30-90 day supplies of my prescription medications in the compartments. I’ve never had an issue with spills or pills migrating from one compartment to the next. I appreciate that it latches on three sides (hinged on the fourth). I loved this so much, I bought a second one for vitamins & supplements. I used my label maker to label each compartment with the med name and strength. Filling my weekly medicine organizer is much faster with my meds stored in this! I do keep my prescription receipts with the med names, doses, expiration, etc with the organizer. The product comes with a card to write the contents, but with medication changes, that wasn’t practical for me. The quality is great & it’s very much worth the money to me!

This case is amazing! I would give it 100 stars if I could! In the blue you can't even see there are pills inside (may be the same for the clear). It has 3 easy-to open & shut airtight seals (even single-handedly) to allow the lid to open up all the way as pictured. It is very well-made and creates an airtight seal where your pills don't mix inside when sealed shut. It comes with a rigid larger card inside with 20 spaces and each space has a line for drug name, prescribing doctor, refill date, pill color, shape & inscription. You could keep it loose, tucked inside, or use some tape to stick it to the inside underneath the top. It's not as huge as you''d think. If you need around 20 spaces it's still good for travel. I think they also make a smaller one. Each slot holds about 60 days of med-large prescriptions. 90 days of small pills. Less of large supplements, but still plenty. I open it twice a day to get my pills. With the card guide? What used to take me an hour now takes 5-10 minutes. I couldn't have designed it better myself. It has streamlined my life! Best buy on Amazon since 2007. I have tried and failed through 4 plastic divided cups. Before that: several weekly pill organizers and even tabbed travel baggies that tuck in a soft weekly 2-sided small folder. Let me tell you, with insurance only covering a certain dose per mg of drug? There are three that the doctor has to write in two strengths to get the correct dose covered. That's already six slots. Just to cover my migraine needs requires more than that. Between vitamins, prescription, ibuprofen, and PPI's for stomach acid? 18 of the 20 spots was easy to fill. My highest and most eager recommendation!

if you travel with it you might appreciate the side locks. it makes it near waterproof and keeps your pills safe. I dont use it for travel so took the side locks off as I found them annoying. overall its a nice heavy case, pretty dark blue with plenty of room for MANY large pills. I am glad I found this one and greatly appreciate its size and ease of use - even with the annoying side locks lol. which are easily removable and easy to put back on. with the locks, it stands up to being dropped 3 feet on hard flooring without spilling or mixing pills up though I do not recommend repeated drops lol. without the locks - well, hope your bored, it will make picking the pills up much funner.

I've found these vitamin containers to be durable and high quality. They are designed to easily maintain an air tight seal with latches that are easy to use and encompass the lenght of both sides and front. I love this product and I'm very happy with their customer service. On one of my containers one of the four hinges on the front latch was damaged in shipment and eventually broke off which sometimes caused the latch to partially come loose. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a replacement latch. To my surprise they promptly sent a whole new container. I'm very grateful for their fast and hassle free response to my email.

This worked well for my husband because he has a lot of pills that wouldn’t fix in a smaller pill box.

It’s LARGE, but holds so many. I may get a smaller size and use this for trinkets. Overall, fantastic. I have a lot of medication and it’s annoying sifting through all the bottles that just pile up. Great product!

best of 12 i tried at time of purchase for my supps. only one with secure air tight seal. seal may be wearing after 1 year of use. not sure if air tight anymore and have not tested. fish oil gels don’t stick together so that’s a good sign.
