Be aware! It's VERY sharp!
I know this knife will have been bought for its sharpness and the headline is a bit obvious but it's worth drawing attention to its keen edge. An excellent knife and a pleasure to use, slicing through ALL foodstuffs with impunity. Recommended.

I love the "grip" handle this knife has on it. The blade is nice and sharp. liked it so much. But as you know, any ceramic knife has to be treated with care as if you force it to bending, they break

Ho provato a tagliare 1/4 di prosciutto togliendo la cotenna. il coltello è molto affilato e la cotenna si è tagliata senza fatica.
