Will not buy from this seller again. Battery Pack DOA.
Purchased, went to install, battery pack appeared to be DOA. Called and worked with APC, confirmed.As the UPS was already installed at a remote location, I requested a replacement battery pack.Amazon team was able to get a refund, so will need to source another UPS and make another trip to install.

I have had one for 6 years and it still works perfectly
I got one of these in 2017 for our server room along with another APC UPS and both have worked flawlessly since then. The batteries last about 3 years but that is very dependent on how many power outages you have. The Firmware in these units is excellent. It detects the smallest irregularities in the power and will alert you in plain text on the lCD as to what the issue is. The Hot Swap able batteries are so handy. I change the batteries without having to shut down the servers.
