You get so much in this container! I like that it doesn't have most of the allergens found in some products and it's made from coconut instead of palm. Has a higher fat content than most powders too. It mixes well and I haven't noticed any extra taste in anything I've mixed it with. Great price too!

I travel for business and it’s difficult to bring MCT oil with me… I divide into small plastic bags a scoop of the MCT oil powder and I’m able to carry it with me and use it. It has no flavor, it just is a wonderful addition to my coffee. I have noticed personally a difference in my mental clarity, and my skin is not as dry as normal. I’m grateful to have found this product!

Pros: I like the boost of energy it gives and it’s a good priceCons: It doesn't dissolve as well as I thought it would.For cost conscious people, if you can get over the lack of dissolving, this could be a good fit for you.

The product works as advertised, but leave a lot of very unpleasant sand like material in the bottom of my coffee/tea. It is really off-putting and I end up throwing a lot away. Also be prepared from gastric symptoms which are inherent to MCT oil. Use in smaller amounts until you see how your body will respond as the body will not store MCT as fat. but will push it through the digestive track any excess (use your imagination).

I switched to the Keto lifestyle due to my MS. There is no flavor to dislike, but I am a 'mouth feel' person and I do NOT like the grainy-ness of this powder. I used it a few times and hated it. It's still sitting in my cupboard. I'm trying to find someone to give it to.
