Pretty great
We are using these headsets for training. They have a feature to move the active mic from one headset to the other, and also have the ability to mute both if needed. They are truly plug and play, and compatible with Teams. As long as you remove the dongle for your own headset before plugging this in, Teams will automatically switch between the two.If you've been using the handheld training phones, I encourage you to make the switch. This headset has saved us a lot of frustration in a short amount of time!

Easy, easy recommendation.
We had toyed around with less expensive training equipment, but were totally unsatisfied. We decided to give this a try, and we couldn't be happier. Very easy to set up and use, and loved by our training personnel. The headsets are very sturdy and will hold up to heavy use. Sound quality is also excellent. This set is a must have for any phone intensive office space. Easy, easy recommendation.

Works with Yealink office phone
We were looking for a training headset for customer service with our new phone systems. The price for the double headset (one automatically mutes) was the best we could find without using the same brand as our new phones. You can also use the single headset without the splitter after the training process is complete. The button on the cord to answer an end calls does not work, but I am emailing the company to see what can be done. Still overall a great product for the price.

Literally the only thing that has worked for my call center users
Title is really all that needs to be said here. If you've ever supported a call center, you know these people can and will break absolutely anything, but this combo kit just *works* for training and call shadowing.It's USB, no software config, windows just treats it like any single USB headset.Stop here, this is the one, it's expensive, but it's worth it.

Does not work as Training Headset
I have ordered 4 of these headsets and none of the 'training Y cables work. We cannot hear anything happening in the other headset which is needed for training. We cannot mute one headset, which is needed for training. Therefore, one headset works when plugged into the Y and you cannot hear the other person or their customer. You have to choose one headset or the other. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO HEAR A CALL AT THE SAME TIME IN BOTH HEADSETS!
