Very bright crisp clear programmable display.
Very bright crisp display. Software takes some getting used to. Has lots of options for graphics. Uses rich text lettering. Lots of bang for the buck!

How to contact the company support in order to program the sign
The instructions on setup are very vague. I was not able to program the sign. I have not been able to use it. I lost the instructions so I have no way of contacting the company in order to correct the problem.

Very Easy to use and birght
This item was very easy to use. The interface works exactly as the instructions define. I would change the preview window to make it bigger. It is very small. Also the importance of the single memory stick is critical. Do not loose the memory stick once you program all you have to do is plug in the memory stick and presto you have a sign...

This is really difficult to understand as there are no instructions in the program that comes on the USB key. I don't like that you have to program the USB key on your computer and then move it over to the sign to upload it. I would be much happier if this operated on Bluetooth
