I order all the time and there is never a problem, but I didn't like this hair at all ... to stringy and dry... looks nothing like the picture... I tried one bundle out of the pack, was not able to use it. :(

Doesn’t look like what’s in the picture. Made a huge mistake by sending it directly to my stylist to make it into a wig. Oh 😰😰😰almost fainted when I saw the wig. Plus it turned into a wet and wavy style when dry upon spraying a wig spray/wetting it. Will not be buying again

Ordered six (6) bundles. Hair was exactly as pictured. Very pleased with the texture and quality of the hair. Hair was very manageable and easy to maintain. Love it!!! Definitely recommend !! Outstanding!

The hair was soft and nice!😍 no shedding or smell and I had it in for a whole month!

This is terrible If you wet the hair it turns into different curls nothing like it first appeared. I wasted my money very disappointed
