Review: Works as advertised - The product arrived on time and in perfect shape. The install instructions were clear (I thought), however my first attempt did not produce the desired outcome. I contacted Bob Cramer (business card in package) for some install help. After I sent him some pictures, he assisted with a rework of the install. Unit is working great now.
