This has worked ok, but not as well as expected based on the other reviews. The raised edges and bubble in the middle are cool.. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't have a non-slip back, which isn't a bad feature if you don't mind sliding every time you put one foot on it. Mine is on industrial carpet, so maybe it's better on concrete, tile, etc., however, there isn't anything to keep it from sliding.

Perfect for my standing desk. I didn’t want a very large size like some of the other mats because I store this when I’m sitting. This size is just right. The contours are great at getting me to stretch and move.

This is an amazing mat. I I have a standing desk and was feeling fatigued in my legs and feet. Since using it, I enjoy standing and working more. I like the different ways you can switch your feet position and the ball in the middle massages the instep if my foot. Great buy!

As it says, its easy to move around when needed and stays firm in place while standing on it. Wish the foam would feel or have more cushion, my legs till get tired while standing. Otherwise this item is perfect for me.
