DexShellUltra Flex Waterproof Breathable Adults Socks

Unsure for how long the sock would remain waterproof fully submerged. I have three pairs of Dexshell socks and the socks keep my feet dry for over an hour or so when running through mud, wet grass, heather, low level streams and puddles. However, if your foot and leg are submerged above the height of the sock the water will likely enter. To prolong the life of the sock it is essential to follow wash and care instructions correctly. I clean mine straight away after my run in warm, mild soapy water, and rinse thoroughly, gently squeezing out the excess water, do not wring and then drip or dry flat on a towel. If you require a sock which will withstand full submersion in water, perhaps consider exploring diving, surfing or fishing accessories. Just what I wanted, thin and waterproof for wet weather running in trainers. Much more breathable because of thinness too. wished I had discovered these earlier. I went a size up and wear thin normal socks underneath avoiding that tight fit you tend to get.

These socks are perfect for their intended use. I wear them inside freet barefoot shoes. However they are massively, horribly, overpriced for what they are!

Poor quality. I accept running will result in premature wear to socks and will inevitably lead to holes, BUT after just 2 runs? WTF? I've never had such wear this early in a socks life. A hole in a waterproof sock renders them useless. Maybe Dexshell do a more durable mudder version but I'll try Sealskins before trying Dexshell again. AVOID

Water can enter through top of sock

This is the 2nd pair (previous pair was black/blue) of these socks that I have now brought.They are perfect for spring/autumn cycling to keep the chill from my toes on long rides and to keep my feet dry in light showers.Very importantly, they are not so thick that they throw off how my shoes fit.

First outing sunny day but wet underfoot, dry toesies. Second outing in the snow, wearing snow boots, utter fail 😒 Such a pity as they fit perfectly & I had such high hopes. Disappointed.

Nice and slim. Quite warm as expected. Snazzy colour.Can confirm they are waterproof. Wore with shorts during TORRENTIAL rain. Was left with two elephantiasis feet when removed from shoes. Decent elastic to keep them up and keep the water in. Could shave the legs to improve the seal but I ain't no roadie!
