Detailed way to track progress.
I use this book to plan every workout and track what I did.First, there is an area for you to put your starting point to include your weight, measurements. before and after picture if you choose to print, and an over all life balance chart. It shows you where to measure your body at each spot.It has goals and plans with a why, and a plan and a reward if achieved as well as a punishment if you give up.It has a progress tracker with a 55-day count to count your progressMY favorite part, it has exercise to target specific muscles. it has a list 16 different body parts with a list of different workouts to include into yoru workout with a picture of the muscle you would be working. Great for beginners or even people seasoned like me that just need an additional workout that I have not considered.Then comes the workout pages, it has date, start time if you streatched, warmed up, if you drank alcohol that day, how you feel, with 12 different slots to fill in exercises with the weight and reps category. Then a seperate area for cardio to include your time, intensity, calories, heart reate and your target. Then a notes area and a way for you rate your workout and add your weight.In the back it has a PR tracher where you can track your best lifts, and another notes area.A full year calendar for 24, and 25. with cute little quotes in the corner of each page.I love this book, its so helpful to keep a record of every workout and what date I did it as well as watch my weight increase, or my distance increase, etc.

Nice product but was not packaged correctly to prevent damage. Items were bent in half and resulted in cracking the outer binder cover on both that I ordered.

Well designed fitness journal and an excellent buy
I got this fitness journal in the classic black color that has gold lettering and a gold coil. This color scheme just stood out to me the most and I really like how the gold shines against the black.The journal provides ample space to track a variety of fitness metrics. There's a pocket attached to the inside back cover and in that is a Guidance & Recommendations sheet that provides a walkthrough of how to use the journal. Here's what's inside the journal, page by page:- It starts with My Starting Point & Results, a one page overview where you can add before and after photos and 9 columns to write in body measurements.- Next is Period Review, 8 identical pages (4 pages front and back) to display a progress photo and body measurements for current progress check, previous stats and the difference between measurements.- Then Goals & Plans, 2 pages (front and back) to write down up to 16 goals and associated details.- One page (front only) for Measuring and Tracking Body Fat with 9 columns for data- Four Progress Tracker pages, each page can track 4 items and there are 55 tracking boxes per item- Three Calendar pages, with four months on each page. These are undated Sunday start calendars so you'll have to write in the months and dates- One page (front and back) Exercises to Target Specific Muscles for major muscle groups on the front and back of the body. It's 16 body area illustrations and 2 to 6 exercises to target that body area muscle group.- One page (front and back) for Routine and Additional Workouts- 75 pages (front and back) of undated workout logs with room for 12 exercise, 7 sets per exercise, 3 lines for cardio work, a few lines for notes, and a number of items (like Stretch, Cool Down, Vitamins, etc) with checkboxes- One page (front only) for Personal Bests- 15 lined pages for notes- One page each showing the full year calendar for 2024 and 2025 with a small area at the bottom for notesFrom what I've written and the product photos, you can piece together the order of the pages and exactly what they look like.The covers are thick and sturdy and the pages a nice heavy weight paper. Overall, I think this is a very well-designed fitness journal and an excellent buy. This journal can carry you through up to five months of training if you like to record daily workout information and do monthly progress reviews.

Great way to keep track of workouts and progress!
I tend to prefer digital tools these days, though I find this to be a bit easier to use most of the time. I can keep it in the gym bag, and I don't have to worry about getting sidetracked by checking email or news on my phone when I'm trying to log my workouts. This happens too often when I'm using an app to track my workouts. Low-tech is a great alternative, and this notebook is very well-made.
