Years ago, I started using safety pins to hold my husband's socks together in the washer and dryer. Recently the regular pins have stopped working. They somehow become unfastened and I am left with orphan socks that have to be mated again. I had the idea that old-fashioned diaper pins might work better for me, so I ordered the 50-piece set of Waykino Kids Pins. I have now washed socks several times and no one pin has failed. These really work!

For the price to pin my socks together before going in the laundry these will work just fine. Here’s the catch, they open and close on the opposite side of any diaper pin I’ve ever bought. Compare the opening side to those of Gerber or any other well known brands and you’ll see what I mean. Maybe they’re made for a lefty??? The head of the pin isn’t as big or as sturdy as the well known brands. But these will be fine for matching up my socks before going into the washer.

Great way to identify clothes while completing the wash and need to separate and organize clothing that may be difficult to quickly separate items the colored pins on pants belt loops that have different inseams and not easily to identify when pulling clothes out of the dryer or out of the washing machine

These pins were used for a baby shower game so they perfectly served their purpose. I would not really these for cloth diapers as they do not seem sturdy enough.

If you need a good safety pin for diapers, this one is not it. It is however, a wonderful pin for anything but a squirming, moving baby.

I didn’t receive 50, which is how many I needed. I received 47. Other than that, they’re great.
