Very disappointed in this piece I ordered over 10 pieces of jewlery for creamation ashes from various vendors. This piece was the only one I had a problem with unfortunately the screw end was not able to fit securely and cause the cross pendant to fall off and ashes spilled. Very traumatic horrible experience. Please find a way to fix this issue before it happens to someone else.

Great pendant chain broken on day 4 which sucked because i almost lost the pendant which contains my mom now i dont wear it at all for fear of loosing it not even on the new chain my wife bought me for it and its quality. The whole situation makes it hard to wear just cause.
