This is not a production value product. I checked out some discussion groups, and it is NOT just me. The latest firmware as of 1/27/2015 is junk. Unit constantly reboots. Channels take for ever to scan in, and then many channels will have NO audio or NO video. Not only does it reboot, but i had to re-flash it about 4 times because the unit would FREEZE. Rebooting would not fix it. If you actually want to watch satellite TV, and you dont want to have a massive headache, i HIGHLY suggest you get another STB.
