I do not know why I never heard of this before, but I bought this tincture for my 12 year old daughter. She suffers so much each month, but does not like to take medications. So, when I found a natural alternative and presented it to her, she was anxious to try it. It relieves the symptoms of PMS, including bloating, and the irritability. We started off with the recommended 10 drops in a small glass of orange juice to hide the taste of the tincture, and we then increased to 12 for a better effect. It can be used up to 3xday. Do NOT use if you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, though. It really does stimulate hormones.

I used Teeter Creek Chaste Berry for only a few days when I noticed I no longer suffered with hot flashes or night sweats. I couldn't believe it. It worked better than the really expensive product my homeopath had sold me. I'm grateful that I found your product.
