Worthwhile and motivating
A practical tool for accountability if you are making any kind of food/lifestyle changes. I have both GI and weight issues and it helped me track my eating, how my body felt and what was a trigger. I have been able to make significant changes to my diet, way of eating and overall health. 30 days in I don't think I will stop using these journals. They are loaded with inspirational but also useful information like podcast recommendations, how to calculate your macros, book and documentary recommendations. Great overall package inside and out. Very well made, the book has substantial heft and the paper quality is really nice. Thinking of getting the Morning Sidekick for family members for holiday presents. Great way to check in with yourself.

A great guide for anyone looking to start their fitness journey
As a new mom of twins Iโm using this book to help jumpstart the weightloss process. Life with two newborns is hectic and since there seems to never be any time...this guide has helped remind me to get myself back into gear and start going through the motions. The guide helps me get my eating and nutrition back on track without the hassle of having to think about it too much.When you donโt have the time you end upputting anything you can grab into your system. This guide has helped me educate myself on fat loss, build a nutrition plan for myself and stick to it.

Wonderful Kick-Starter!
I love journals and I always have a problem with sticking to a diet. With this journal, it is simple to stay on it and I look forward to each day because of the fun facts on each page. It is very motivating and I cannot wait to see what other journals come out!
